Why isn't my voucher code working?

Before getting in touch with the team, please make sure you are inputting your code correctly.

If you have an older edition kit (separate voucher card)

Your code will be formatted like this:  abcd-1234-wxyz (letters and numbers separated by dashes)

If you have a new edition kit (code on the instruction booklet)

Your code will be formatted like either of the following:

ufi4567890 (the letters ‘u’, ‘f’, and ‘i’, followed by numbers)

amz4567890 (the letters 'a', 'm' and 'z' followed by numbers)

If you're sure that you've inputted the code correctly and it still isn't working, please get in touch with us with the following information and we will process your voucher claim manually:
