Why isn't my voucher code working?

 Please note any codes beginning in 'u' an 'f' is ufi not uf1 

If you have a new edition kit (code on the instruction booklet)

Your code will be formatted like either of the following:

ufi4567890 (the letters ‘u’, ‘f’, and ‘i’, followed by 7 numbers)

amz4567890 (the letters 'a', 'm' and 'z' followed by 7 numbers)

If you have an older edition kit (separate voucher card)

Your code will be formatted like this: 

abcd-1234-wxyz (letters and numbers separated by dashes)
