I've lost my voucher! What do I do?

Proof of purchase such as a store receipt or an order reference number will help us resolve your issue swiftly.

If you have an older edition kit

Please get in touch with us with a picture of your kit contents and/or proof of purchase and we will place the order for your spawn manually. 

If you have a new edition kit

This means you've lost your instruction booklet! Please get in touch with the team to resolve this.
